- This form must be submitted during travel agency hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Forms submitted after this time will not be processed until the next business day and may result in trip cancellation.
- You will receive an email confirmation from the travel agency once the airfare has been ticketed.
